Hans, owner of the Chateau and chef, is a passionate cook who will during the cooking class, let you participate in the elaboration of a fine dinner, based on his "secret" receipes  This is how your "Gourmet Weekend" could look Friday * arrival in the early afternoon   * visit of the Chateau and the park * time to take a walk in the forrest, relax beside the pool or do some       sightseeing * dinner in the Chateau (3 course menu, aperitif, wine, coffee)    The dinner is either served in the 16th century "baron's kitchen" or on      the terrace in the beautiful setting of the Chateau's park   * overnight in the Chateau, in one of the most elegant and comfortable     guest rooms   Saturday   * breakfast   * trip to the local market in Cazères, or sightseeing    * lunch where you like   * sightseeing in the near surroundings of the Chateau for example a visit of the old town of Saint Lizier with the cathedral and the 18th century pharmacy. Guests who are more interested in sports could do as well some walking in scenic foothills of the Pyrenees or do some mountain biking (bikes for rent at the Chateau)   * elaboration of tonights candlelight dinner; the cooking class takes place in the 16th century kitchen   * dinner together with the participants of the cooking class and the owners of the Chateau, Hans, Margit & Sarah.
